Shipping & Returns Policy
This policy applies to used test equipment supplied after direct quote confirmation with Pinnacle Glory Co., Limited.
Shipping
Shipping arrangements are confirmed during the quotation discussion. Standard international shipping time is usually 7-10 business days after the product, price, destination, and agreed terms are confirmed.
We may ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other suitable carriers depending on product size, destination, value, and customer requirements. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, destination inspection fees, and similar local charges are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing before shipment.
Damage or delivery issues
Please inspect the package promptly after delivery. If visible shipping damage or a serious delivery problem is found, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package, product, labels, and any carrier documents.
Returns
Return requests must be approved in writing before any product is sent back. A return may be considered when the delivered product is materially different from the confirmed quote or product information.
Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the same condition received, with accessories, labels, packaging, and documents included where applicable.
Buyer-requested returns may be subject to return shipping cost, inspection cost, and a restocking fee. If the issue is caused by a confirmed product mismatch from our side, we will discuss a replacement, repair, refund, or other reasonable solution directly with the customer.
Special-order and clearance items
Products sourced specially for a customer, clearance items, repair units, or items sold with limited return terms may have restricted return availability. Any special terms should be confirmed before the order is finalized.
